The Presentation of the Lord
Brothers and sisters, Christ has come into the world and has reconciled us to the Father. Therefore, let us approach His Throne confidently for our needs and those of the whole world.
That the Church may boldly proclaim Jesus as the Light of the World and bring the message of salvation to the ends of the earth.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That the persecuted Church may be supernaturally sustained by God’s grace until their deliverance comes.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That governments may recognize that their authority and the people’s rights come from God.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That just as Mary and Joseph offered Jesus back to God the Father we may also offer our children back into His care.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That we may have the same eyes as Simeon and Anna to see Jesus more clearly.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That the Holy Spirit may pour out His Gifts abundantly upon His people and may they be used for the common good.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.

Heavenly Father, You sent Your Son Jesus to fulfill all righteousness. Hear our prayer and give us grace to walk in His righteousness. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
