Brothers and sisters, mindful of our many needs, let us approach God and humbly ask for His abundant grace and provision for us and for the whole world.
That the Church may boldly proclaim that there is peace and reconciliation with God through Christ the Lord.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That the Church may put aside Her divisions and with all humility and wisdom work toward unity.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That nations may reconcile with one another and forgive past grievances.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That those who have been involved in the senseless destruction of innocent human life may repent and find the true forgiveness offered in Christ alone.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That we may bear fruit in keeping with repentance.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That the poor, the powerless, and the exploited may see God’s helping hand through the service of His people.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
That those who care for the sick and dying may be filled with the compassion of Christ for those whom they serve.
Lord in Your mercy,
Hear our prayer.
Heavenly Father, great is Your Mercy toward us. Hear our prayer and give us the grace to forgive others as we have been forgiven. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
