We give thanks to the Father, who has made us worthy to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. Colossians 1:12

Confession of Sin
Most merciful God,
I confess that I have sinned against you in thought, word, and deed, by what I have done, and by what I have left undone. I have not loved you with my whole heart; I have not loved my neighbors as myself. I am truly sorry and I humbly repent. For the sake of your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on me and forgive me; that I may delight in your will, and walk in your ways, to the glory of your Name. Amen.

Almighty God have mercy on us, forgive us all our sins through our Lord Jesus Christ, strengthen us in all goodness, and by the power of the Holy Spirit keep us in eternal life. Amen

Psalm 25

⁽¹⁾ To You, O LORD, I lift up my soul. ⁽²⁾ O my God, I trust in You; Let me not be ashamed; Let not my enemies triumph over me. ⁽³⁾ Indeed, let no one who waits on You be ashamed; Let those be ashamed who deal treacherously without cause. ⁽⁴⁾ Show me Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths.

Proverbs Chapter 10

⁽¹⁾ The Proverbs of Solomon: A wise son makes a glad father, But a foolish son is the grief of his mother. ⁽²⁾ Treasures of wickedness profit nothing, But righteousness delivers from death. ⁽³⁾ The LORD will not allow the righteous soul to famish, But He casts away the desire of the wicked. ⁽⁴⁾ He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich.

1 Timothy Chapter 1

⁽¹⁾ Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the commandment of God our Savior and the Lord Jesus Christ, our hope, ⁽²⁾ To Timothy, a true son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord. ⁽³⁾ As I urged you when I went into Macedonia -- remain in Ephesus that you may charge some that they teach no other doctrine, ⁽⁴⁾ nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith.

⁽⁵⁾ Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith, ⁽⁶⁾ from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk, ⁽⁷⁾ desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm. ⁽⁸⁾ But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully,

⁽⁹⁾ knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, ⁽¹⁰⁾ for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine, ⁽¹¹⁾ according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust. ⁽¹²⁾ And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry,

⁽¹³⁾ although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief. ⁽¹⁴⁾ And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus. ⁽¹⁵⁾ This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief. ⁽¹⁶⁾ However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.

Matthew Chapter 12

⁽²²⁾ Then one was brought to Him who was demon-possessed, blind and mute; and He healed him, so that the blind and mute man both spoke and saw. ⁽²³⁾ And all the multitudes were amazed and said, 'Could this be the Son of David?' ⁽²⁴⁾ Now when the Pharisees heard it they said, 'This fellow does not cast out demons except by Beelzebub, the ruler of the demons.' ⁽²⁵⁾ But Jesus knew their thoughts, and said to them: 'Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.

⁽²⁶⁾ If Satan casts out Satan, he is divided against himself. How then will his kingdom stand? ⁽²⁷⁾ And if I cast out demons by Beelzebub, by whom do your sons cast them out? Therefore they shall be your judges. ⁽²⁸⁾ But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you. ⁽²⁹⁾ Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? And then he will plunder his house.

⁽³⁰⁾ He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad. ⁽³¹⁾ Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. ⁽³²⁾ Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come.

The Apostles' Creed
I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only son, our Lord.
  He was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
  He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
  He descended to the dead.
  On the third day he rose again.
  He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
  He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
