Brothers and sisters, as we begin this New Year, let us put our faith in God and start by trusting Him to meet our needs and the needs of the whole world.
That the Church may boldly proclaim that God has dwelt among us through Jesus Christ our Lord.

That nations may recognize Jesus as the Prince of Peace and work together to reconcile their differences.

That we may trust God in all the circumstances we face throughout the year.

That the lonely, neglected or depressed may be strengthened by God’s grace and encouraged by our assistance.
Lord in Your mercy,Hear our prayer.
That God may bless adoption agencies and other pregnancy assistance centers to meet the needs of expecting mothers in distress.
Lord in Your mercy,Hear our prayer.
That we may be ever mindful of and thankful for the spiritual blessings God has bestowed on us in Christ Jesus.

That we may have the grace to forgive those who have harmed us and pray for those who have mistreated us.
Lord in Your mercy,Hear our prayer.
Heavenly Father, through Jesus, You have given us the right to be called Your children. Hear our prayer and give us the grace to walk out this calling. We ask this through Christ our Lord
