Brothers and sisters, as we gather around the Word of God and the Eucharistic Table, let us pray for our needs and the needs of the whole world.
For our Patriarch, all Bishops, Priests and Deacons: that they will live lives that bring glory to God even among non-believers.

For the Church: that She may manifest to the world the love God has demonstrated to us in Christ Jesus.

For lawmakers: that they may enact laws that respect all human life, from conception to natural death.

For the conversion of Islam and other world religions and philosophies that are contrary to the Word of God.

For the hungry, the homeless, the addicted and the hopeless: that God’s people may hear their cry and assist in meeting their needs.

For spiritual eyes to recognize Jesus in the breaking of the Bread.

For those seeking healing: that they may receive it thankfully and give God the glory.

Ever faithful God, You satisfy the hunger of every human heart through the blessed and broken body of Your Beloved Son Jesus. Hear our prayer and give us the grace to be a thankful people. We ask this through Christ our Lord.
