Brothers and sisters, God humbled Himself and became part of the human family and thereby sanctified family life forever. Let us now pray for the needs of our families and for those of the whole world.
That the Church may be continually obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit.

That families torn apart by divorce, mistrust, abuse or fear may be healed and reconciled to one another through Christ who is able to restore all things.

That mothers and fathers, like Mary and Joseph, may live out their God given responsibilities to their families and their communities.
